• Revenue beat: Revenue of $87.3M (+52.4% Y/Y)
• Non-GAAP gross margin in the second quarter of 2022 was 41.8%, an increase of 580 basis points from 36.0% in the second quarter of 2021
• Q3 Outlook: Revenue of $99.5M – $102.5M vs. consensus of $93.81M
• Revenue of $406M – $426M vs. consensus of $390.43M
• GMV of $2,450M – $2,550M; Adjusted EBITDA of $41M – $46M
• Launched partnership with Disney, one of the world’s most well-known brands, to support their direct-to-consumer efforts

Upgrades to follow soon in my opinion.  And we are still optimistic that $GLBE will continue to be a dominant player.
