We have been getting lots of questions from folks who are interested in investing in $NVDA but also worried that they are a bit too late. And here is a quick summary of what we have been telling them.
Question 1: Is NVDA significantly better in processing AI training? Is there someone who can replace them or compete against them?
Answer: Yes, they are. We recently spoke to someone in the semiconductor area who has worked with companies like AMD, Qualcomm and NVDA. “NVDA created an ecosystem and their technology is years ahead of their competitors. That’s why they can charge whatever they want. Knowing all this, 90% of my portfolio is in NVDA”. And see all the research materials. They will continue to dominate while many will play catch up.
Question 2: What if the AI hype bursts like the dot.com bubbles? Isn’t that a risk to get into or holding onto $NVDA?
Answer: 97 million jobs will be created by AI. That’s massive. And have you done any job search on LinkedIn lately? Yes, that’s 204,500 jobs worldwide. 5,516 Director or Executive jobs. So it’s not companies are toying around with junior folks to test if they should invest in AI but they are hiring senior leaders knowing that investing in AI and extracting value through AI is imperative. Is this different than the dot.com? During dot.com, there were not that many senior roles and roles were not very well defined. Remember when a fishing company said they will be an e-commerce company and their stock jumped 200%? These companies are heavily investing knowing that companies like $META already see benefits from AI and so is our back-from-the-grave $CLOV.
Question 3: Show me the money! Are companies really investing AI for NVDA to profit from?
Answer: Check out all these companies investing in AI
- $BABA and $TCEHY
- Fresha secured investments for AI.
- LVMH
- LG
- $AMZN and $MSFT investing more than $40 billion
The list goes on.
So what are we doing? I invested and holding. And also playing with options to accumulate at a faster rate. We think it can can $170-$180 by end of the year and $244-$261 by end of next year.
Again, do your DD before investing.
